Here’s what you can expect when you submit a support ticket:

Our regular support hours are from 9am to 4pm (GMT-5), Monday through Friday.

  • Tickets are generally responded to within 24 hours unless posted after 2pm on a Friday or the day before a holiday.
  • The human SmartSimians take a break on holidays, and when we do, we will post a notice telling you when we will be back in the office.
